Roderick
D. Willis, Sr (Founder / CEO). Mr. Willis founded
US Market Development in 1997. When his passion for developing
and owning companies was realized he decided to focus solely
own his entrepreneurial dream. As he embarked upon raising
capital for his ventures, he experienced first hand the difficulty
of access to capital for minorities. As his business development
skills increased he created proprietary business methodologies
that enabled him to provide services to companies in an underserved
yet highly profitable market. To date, Mr. Willis has participated
in raising over $120 million for emerging enterprises in industries
as diverse as telecommunications, manufacturing, high tech,
real estate, financial services, energy and healthcare. Mr
Willis studied Business Administration at Lamar University.
He also is active in his community and local charities.

Richard H. Jenkins (Senior Business Development Consultant) has provided Business Development services and Venture Capital Consulting for over 22 years to early stage development and emerging growth companies. Mr. Jenkins has consulted and participated in the financing of approximately 40 companies in industries such as Exchange Traded Commodities, High Technologies, Telecommunications, Energy, E-commerce, Entertainment, Real Estate, Healthcare and Natural Resources.
Mr. Jenkins has successfully consulted with US Market Development since 1997. Mr. Jenkins will act as the "Senior Business Development Consultant" and brings with him a wealth of financial expertise and Business Development experience. Mr. Jenkins business acumen will significantly benefit USMD shareholders and Client companies alike. Mr. Jenkins will assist the company by providing comprehensive consulting services to current and future emerging growth companies that exist within the US Market Development Portfolio.

A. Giandoni (Chief Operating Officer) joined US Market
Development in 2004 as a consultant providing operational
assistance to portfolio companies. Bill has 6 years of business
development experience in a wide array of industries including
IT and energy. Prior to joining US Market Development Bill
provided quality assurance and product testing for American
Management Systems (currently CACI), in their Naval Division
in Norfolk, VA. He also provided program management and business
development services for 5GTI, including the establishment
of strategic business relationships within Latin America.
Bill also has extensive experience and knowledge of the Small
Business Administration as well as first hand experience of
the SBA 8a Program. While working in Washington DC, Bill established
relationships within the federal government, private industry,
and with international businessmen. Bill graduated from Old
Dominion University.
